This page explains the general shipping process for TRAILPEAK orders. Available delivery methods, charges, and any estimated delivery information are shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Processing begins after payment and order checks are completed. Orders containing multiple items may be sent in separate shipments. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery date or transit time shown on the store, at checkout, or in an order message is an estimate. Carrier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, address problems, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Available shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, items, and available delivery methods. Additional charges requested by a carrier, customs authority, or local authority may apply where permitted by law and are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review the recipient name, address, postal code, and contact details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and additional costs may apply when a shipment must be redirected or resent.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the carrier. Tracking scans can take time to appear and may not be available for every delivery method or destination.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, or local fees. Responsibility for these amounts depends on the destination, checkout terms, and applicable law. Customs processing can affect delivery time.

Delivery issues

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, use the Contact Us page and include the order number, delivery details, and photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging and item until instructions are provided.
